This project was about creating a concept and planning of an event
aimed at helping new students connect and socialize in a relaxed and
enjoyable setting. The event, called “Street, Eats & Beats,”
emphasizes natural and informal interactions over shared meals and
live music. It highlights the venue, Reffen, as an ideal location due
to its spaciousness and variety of food options, while also showcasing
the inclusion of live performances to enhance the atmosphere. Overall,
the text focuses on creating a memorable and welcoming experience for
attendees.
How
As part of the project, a website was developed to promote the event
and facilitate ticket purchases for participants. The event name,
“Street, Eats & Beats,” was carefully created to reflect the vibrant
and dynamic atmosphere of the event.
The color palette was thoughtfully selected to align with Reffen’s
existing branding, ensuring a cohesive visual identity that seamlessly
connects the event with the venue’s established image.
